G&E Partners are collaborating with a premiere General Contractor operating within the New York Metropolitan area. They are entering their most successful period yet with over $1b in backlog and recently relocated to a state of the art 30,000-square foot facility highlighting the company's commitment to future growth. We are seeking a Chief Estimator to lead the estimating the department and work alongside Executive Leadership.
Markets : Design-Build, Mass Transit, Institutional, Development, Pre-construction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Mentor – Directly manage and develop the regional estimating team through coaching, training, and best practices.
- Bid Strategy & Accuracy – Oversee bid reviews to ensure precise, competitive, and innovative estimates aligned with company costs.
- Risk Mitigation – Identify project risks, assess financial impacts, and develop proactive strategies to minimize exposure.
- Client & Market Growth – Execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and target high-value projects.
- Cost Analysis & Innovation – Analyze construction trends, explore alternative methods, and drive cost-efficient solutions.
- Industry Engagement – Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and community relations to enhance brand reputation.
