We are G&E Partners, a leading civil contractor seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. As a specialist in highways, site development, and underground utilities, this role requires a detail-oriented professional who can assess project scope, conduct site visits, obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing, and develop accurate cost estimates throughout various project phases.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with HCSS Heavy Bid (Estimating) and Heavy Job (Project Management) software, as well as the ability to utilize Agtek Earthwork 4D takeoff software. They will also be able to interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents, and possess familiarity with self-perform work and estimating labor, equipment, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates for highways, site development, and underground utilities projects
- Conduct site visits and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions
