This role involves managing project execution, resource allocation, workforce supervision, and client relations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction operations, including earthwork, utilities, highways, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project objectives and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key deliverables to ensure project success.
- Implement best practices in construction management and operational efficiency.
