- Lead and mentor the regional estimating team through coaching and training.

- Build strong relationships with key clients and execute sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- At least seven (7) years of construction experience.
- Experience with mentoring or leading a team.
- Extensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to public works projects.
