Were you a previous competetive Boy's/Men's gymnast? Do you want to share your love of the sport with the next generation? Do you want to get back in the gym?
G-Force Gymnastics is one of the few gyms in the area that still believes in the sport and have a boy's competitive team. We have a strong competition team and we are looking for individuals to prepare our recreation boys classes for moving up to our competitive team.
Instructors must know the basics and progressions of mens gymnastics and LOVE working with kids. We also expect you to have the ability to be silly at times.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BOYS Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mens gymnastics or related sports, along with experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching gymnastics techniques, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.

Duties
- Instruct students in gymnastics skills, techniques, and routines while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the varying skill levels of students, focusing on skill progression and personal development.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance and confidence.
- Monitor student behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize events, competitions, and showcases that highlight student achievements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities and equipment.
- Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics coaching capacity is preferred.
- Strong background in physical education, childcare, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate various gymnastics techniques safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans and student progress effectively.
- A passion for promoting health and fitness within the community through gymnastics activities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
