G&G Fitness/Gronk Fitness Equipment, a premier dealer of high-end fitness equipment for over 30 years, is looking for an inside sales representative to sell our fitness equipment to high schools across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for you to use your passion for fitness and athletics to make a great commission-enhanced income providing schools with high quality fitness equipment to enhance their daily and athletic lives.
Qualifications
- As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be self-motivated and confident, with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. You must also be a team player with the ability to accept and effectively incorporate coaching and feedback. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with strong active-listening and persuasive skills and the ability to engage customers in a consultative sales approach.
Specific qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative position include:
- Prior fitness experience; experience in high-end equipment sales, preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Strong customer-service skills
- Solid phone and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify and act upon up-selling opportunities
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use a variety of computer applications to track results (Excel, Word, email and internet)
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Athletics background, a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00 - $100,000.00 per year
