Accounting Clerk (Part-time)

G&G Heating & AC LLC is a heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical service company with great history and reputation in Olympia area since 1984.

We are currently seeking a part-time Accountant Clerk who excels at logistics and using their resources to quickly and efficiently do their daily work. This person is extremely detailed and organized, can shine under pressure, and works well with a variety of personalities.

Job Type: Part-time, 24 hrs per week (Flexible Schedule)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 11am-4pm and Friday 4 hours 12 – 4pm

Pay range: $28.00 - $31.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Accounts Payable: Enter bills into the ERP system.
• Rebate Processing: Submit requests for reimbursement from utility companies.
• Reporting & Reconciliations: Update job costing, inventory tracker, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Month-End Duties: Post journal entries and run reports in the production system.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Skilled in data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in A/P and A/R is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required.

Experience:

• 3 years of accounting experience, including Excel, ERP systems, journal entry posting, and reconciliations.
