Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Supervisor, based in the Dallas,Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, and addressing client and community needs. Day-to-day tasks include supervising trash valet services, coordinating with teams, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience in operations and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in the apartment amenity services industry is a plus
