Position Summary:
The HR Benefits Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and evaluating the organization’s benefits and compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal standards, staying competitive in the job market, and aligning benefits and pay structures with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.Experience in managing benefits programs and designing salary structures.
Skills: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation/benefits software. Strong communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office setting. The role may require occasional travel.
- Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
