Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at G&L Roofing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff or take messages.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about our services.
- Submit payroll using QuickBooks
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mailing.
- Assist with local municipalities to acquire building permits.
- Receive mail and packages.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Accounting experience.
