Based in Nashua, NH, G.M. Roth Design Remodeling has been transforming homes in Southern NH and Northern MA for over 39 years. We specialize in a broad spectrum of residential remodeling projects, including bathrooms, kitchens, additions, decks, sunrooms, and porches. Our 6-step design-build process, combined with our in-house design and production team, ensures we deliver on our clients' visions with exceptional quality.

Role Overview:

As a Residential Remodeling Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing detailed estimates for various residential construction and remodeling projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate estimates for all phases of construction projects.
• Managing estimate databases and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Conducting job site assessments and field site measurements as needed.
• Collaborating closely with sales and production teams to ensure accurate project estimating.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in residential construction, with at least 4 years of experience producing detailed estimates.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in site condition evaluation, measurements, and a solid understanding of current building codes.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate experience with construction drawings/plans, advanced MS Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems (BuilderTrend preferred), MS Teams, Outlook, and Word. Estimating software experience is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to access job sites, including climbing stairs, and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Other: Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
