Experience
- Candidates with over 5 years of experience in the automotive finance sector, particularly those who have held leadership or senior level Automotive Finance management roles are preferred. This level of experience suggests that the candidate has a comprehensive understanding of automotive financing as well as ability to manage a team, oversee department operations, and drive sales strategies.
- Proven track record of successful sale, a good understanding of credit laws and lending practices, and excellent negotiation skills.
