REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience as an Estimator with expertise in piping for plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
- Experience with healthcare projects is a significant plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency in developing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Ability to analyze plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and project teams.
