Job Description
Are you an experienced MEP Preconstruction Executive looking for an exciting opportunity in Chicago ? This is your chance to join a company that builds projects that matter while leading a skilled team in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems .
In this role, you will work closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure project success. You will be responsible for MEP estimating and planning services during the preconstruction phase, collaborating with the Preconstruction Manager, Owner, Design Team, and Operations Team to execute projects effectively.
What You Bring :
- 9 years of industry experience with a strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems Preconstruction / Estimating .
- Expertise in Value Management processes and a range of building types (corporate office, higher education, healthcare, government, etc.).
- Knowledge of various delivery methods (CM at Risk, design-build, etc.).
- Experience with project development processes , including estimating, land acquisition, entitlements, finance, and consultant team management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management , or a related field.
