What You Bring
- 9 years of industry experience with a strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems Preconstruction/Estimating.
- Expertise in Value Management processes and a range of building types (corporate office, higher education, healthcare, government, etc.).
- Knowledge of various delivery methods (CM at Risk, design-build, etc.).
- Experience with project development processes, including estimating, land acquisition, entitlements, finance, and consultant team management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
