Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings with clients and other real estate agents.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
