Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, neighborhoods, and the local real estate market.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
- Conduct property inspections and report any issues or concerns to the lead agent.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License: Must be willing to obtain a Real Estate license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
