Description : Job Overview :
An entry level position within our Procurement Team, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in purchasing and supply chain management. This position provides hands-on experience with purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while offering growth opportunities to take on more advanced responsibilities over time.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
- System Data Entry : Input and maintain procurement records within the ERP system to ensure up-to-date information.
- Vendor Relations : Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers; communicate requirements and resolve order issues.
- Order Processing : Create and process purchase orders, verify order details with vendors, and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Support : Collaborate with inventory teams to track stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Problem Resolution : Support the resolution of order discrepancies and address supplier performance concerns in collaboration with senior team members.
