REMOTE role for CISCO- UCCE / CVP Specialist. 1 year contract. No C2C- W2 ONLY!
Education / Certifications – Include :
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
- Advanced SQL
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Five (5) years of relevant infrastructure system solution development, testing and implementation work experience required.
Overall Service Description
Plan, develop, test and implement IT infrastructure system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals.
Engagement Description – Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) Design and Development
resource with ability to plan, develop, test and implement Cisco ACD / IVR (UCCE) solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals . Identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications.
