Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, this position supports all digital marketing activities including but not limited to site maintenance, enhancements, major projects, and marketing automation. This person will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of the digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results-driven, has a strong attention to detail, and a passion for digital applications.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will:
- Provide support to the Digital Marketing Lead with website-related tasks including web maintenance, SEO assistance, and the execution of web projects.
- Responsible for marketing automation development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment while continually evaluating for improvements.
- Develop quarterly reports on marketing automation campaigns and present them to management.
- Assist in marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Maintain seamless integration between the marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com by working with technical support teams.
- Own and maintain the Marketing Intranet page while acting as a backup admin and liaison for cross-functional department intranet content owners.
- Draft and execute multiple content types i.e. Blogs, newsletters, and Intranet posts. Back-up support internal communications by managing and creating facility TV content, photography, and videography requests.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or 2-4 years related marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Has Marketing automation platform experience
- Has excellent organization, project management and planning skills.
- Possesses effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Is competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel)
- Is self-motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and as part of the team with a sense of urgency.
- Is capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Must be flexible for a fast paced and changing work setting while maintaining a positive attitude in a customer service environment.
It is preferred if you also have:
- Salesforce.com or CRM platform experience
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Adobe Creative suite experience.
- Previous photography experience.
