Our Digital Marketing Coordinators are key members of IAE’s marketing operation; they build and maintain the paid messaging and promotion seen by tens of millions of people each year.

Responsibilities include:
- Report to Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Digital Marketing
- Build and maintain Meta and Google campaigns
- Assist with organic social media copywriting and scheduling
- Assist with the creation of digital campaign content
- Build email campaigns and maintain deployment schedule for all markets
- Build and launch SMS campaigns
- Summarize and document final campaign spends for each event
- Track performance of campaigns and effectively communicate results to the Digital Marketing Manager and adjust as directed
- Take advantage of all available opportunities for professional development by independently learning from online educational tools within Google, Meta, Ticketmaster, HubSpot platforms
Qualifications:
- This is an entry-level opportunity to impact ticket sales for live events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant work life experience
- Managed an Instagram or Facebook account
- Ability to quickly learn digital policies and procedures and apply them to track, analyze and optimize campaign results
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- General understanding of all major social networking platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, with advanced Excel skills required
Job Type: Full-time, fully in office (no remote work), 40 hours weekly
