We need more than just a job poster—we’re looking for someone who thrives on cold calling, engaging passive candidates, and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with the right people.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Recruiting skilled trades and leadership roles in manufacturing (machinists, welders, CNC operators, Plant Managers, Production Supervisors).
- Proactively sourcing talent through cold calling, networking, and referrals—not just waiting for applicants.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver the right candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Driving business development efforts by identifying hiring needs, expanding partnerships, and maintaining industry connections.
✔ 2 years of full-desk recruiting experience with a focus on Direct Hire.
✔ Strong background in skilled trades & manufacturing leadership hiring.
✔ Confidence in cold calling and engaging passive candidates.
✔ Ability to build strong relationships and develop new hiring opportunities.
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
