Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Lifecycle (High-Volume) Manufacturing Recruiter to join our RPO team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple manufacturing departments. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Partner with HR and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet them.
- Utilize Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruiting process.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Phenom, Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn to find and attract top talent.
- Proactively source and screen candidates for all levels of manufacturing positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from intake through screening to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in and coordinate hiring events to attract and identify top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
