Duties

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous, showcasing your ability to guide and inspire others.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
