Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment transactions.
- Input data accurately into our material planning software to track inventory and shipment details.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and organize inventory.
- Ensure the shipping and receiving area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a similar role preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management or material planning software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
