Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
