Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact with assigned customers, providing professional, efficient and effective customer interactions.
- Establishes relationships with customers, understanding their needs and facilitating communication flow with other internal departments.
- Documents and communicates customer requirements and specifications to ensure accurate customer systems set-up and orders.
- Participates in the development of customer rates, project budgets and timelines, ensuring completion within agreed upon budgets and timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service, account management, logistics, sales and/or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to maintain professional and cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under heavy demands with a low error ratio.
