Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator
MAS Service, Antioch CA
Position: Full-Time, Open Immediately
Compensation: Based on Experience
Tasks/Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· First in line to answer customer and technician phone calls
· Responsible for checking general voicemail daily
· Qualifying phone calls (from customers and technicians)
· Inputting email and phone generated service calls into operating system
· Maintain and update customer information in operating system
· Call tracking – updating team members with call backs, etc.
· On Call phones in summer rotation
· Assisting in scheduling technicians’ schedules daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
