Title: Winder Machine Operator
Pay: $17-$19
City: Calhoun
Body: 1st Shift: 6am-4pm M-F Occasional OT
2nd Shift: 4pm-2am M-F Occasional OT (Must train on first)
Pay: $17-$19
Duties:
Operate the winder machine that layers paper and glue to make cardboard tubes.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the products meet production standards.
Make necessary adjustments to the machine to maintain production standards.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Assist with machine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret production instructions and quality specifications.
Ability to read/use a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in the production process.
Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
Must have clean criminal background & pass drug screening
Must have longevity in work history
