GA Packout LLC is a dynamic, multi-unit franchise operating company dedicated to providing exceptional home services. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our packout business. This is a pivotal role for a motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of individual packout projects, from initial assessment to final packback, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Facility Management: Manage the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the packout facility to optimize operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of packout technicians to deliver high-quality services and achieve operational goals.
• Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the packout process.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
