Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with senior leadership to align global talent strategies with business goals, focusing on staffing and retention.
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching managers, implementing feedback mechanisms, and developing programs that enhance employee engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, handling employee concerns with confidentiality, fairness, and efficiency.
- Develop and present organizational reports on headcount, turnover, retention strategies, and other key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and employment law while staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Work with hiring managers to create comprehensive, role-specific onboarding programs that set new employees up for success.
- Oversee systems, policies, and procedures that drive efficient HR operations, ensuring budget alignment and cost-effective resource management. Partner with finance leaders to develop wage and salary projections and compensation analysis.
- Build strong, positive relationships at all levels of the organization, establishing HR as an accessible and supportive resource.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, with international company experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification required. SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data insights.
- High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to foster strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
