The Stockroom Clerk plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GAT processes. This position is responsible for providing parts, tooling, and supplies to the Maintenance Department and ensuring all parts and materials are properly stored and protected. This position also assists with marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.

The Stockroom Clerk plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GAT processes. Responsibilities
- Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and parts within the warehouse, picking up parts in the stockroom and warehouse.
- Resolves discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records by tracing the history of the item.
- Pulls inventory for Sales Order processing and transfers to new locations.
- Examine and inspect outgoing material for correct P/N and S/N.
- Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Organize the stockroom and material to be pulled for Sales Orders and Repair Orders.
- Provides customer service for both the Sales Department and outgoing Quality Inspection team in resolving order conflicts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Aviation experience: must be able to diagnose aircraft parts, materials, and component pieces not in compliance
- Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the building generally weighing 0 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift and ladder.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in aviation industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and, Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills.
