POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of People Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, performance management, team member engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. This role will play a critical part in shaping Gable's culture, driving team member satisfaction, and supporting our strategic business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Leadership :
- Collaborate closely with the executive management team to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and manage the People Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters and provide coaching and assistance to executives and managers to improve team members' engagement and development.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven history of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HRIS and other HR technology systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
Frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to ten pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment includes both office settings and manufacturing facilities. This role may involve occasional exposure to factory conditions such as noise, fumes, dust, and mist.
TRAVEL
This position requires occasional travel via all modes of transportation. Overnight travel with a duration of one week may be required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9 and E-Verify.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
