Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Residential Operations to lead our residential team in delivering outstanding results. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional living experiences, developing top-performing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial performance of the asset, ensuring consistent monitoring of income and expenses.
- Recruit, manage, and develop on-site positions to achieve performance goals while fostering an inclusive workspace.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Build strong relationships with other communities and departments within Gables to drive collaboration and cooperation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in a management-level position.
