What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Gables Residential?
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, Performing preventative maintenance, Handling basic repairs and maintenance, renovate apartement, Painting, Plumbing repairs and or issues, Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them, Repairing appliances, or structures as necessary, Inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs, Performing general maintenance of the facility and grounds, Performing periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards, Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc., Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues, ground/trash pick-up
