What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to person for scheduling services, ensuring everything's seamlessly coordinated.
- Keep the communication flowing between insurance carriers, provider offices, attorney offices, and injured workers.
- Handle all things related to scheduling—setting up appointments, sending out notifications, and managing any changes that pop up.
- Coordinate additional services like transportation or translation when needed.
- Keep our systems updated by entering all referral data accurately.
- Manage a high volume of emails and calls like a pro, ensuring everything's handled efficiently.
- Stay on top of client protocols and jurisdictional regulations, keeping everything documented properly.
- Work closely with your supervisor to address any client concerns promptly.
- Be a team player, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication with colleagues and clients alike.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a must.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
