Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting.
- Manage Teams channels and folders, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Oversee employee timesheets and PTO tracking in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate facility events and communications.
- Support R&D and product development timelines with administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update production schedules, reports, and scorecards.
- Handle vendor management, including onboarding and payment verification.
- Manage safety supplies, uniform programs, and contractor insurance compliance.
- Track and update batch records, inventory levels, and testing results.
- Serve as a primary contact for phone calls, mail, and visitor management.
- Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and presentation preparation.
- Support facility compliance, including annual mask fit and auditory testing.
- Provide general administrative support to the Plant GM and other departments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and focused under multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
