CNC Turning & Milling Technician

• 3 or more years of experience operating CNC machines with turn-mill or Multus B250 machines, and a strong understanding of CNC principles, speeds, and feeds are required for this position
• Proficient in programming CNC machines using G/M-code and CAM systems, preferably Mastercam
• Pay is up to $40/hour
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Set up, program, and operate the Okuma Multus B250II to machine precision parts, selecting optimal tooling and machining methods
• Interpret engineering drawings to establish efficient machining sequences while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot machine issues, make necessary adjustments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Complete inspections, documentation, and time tracking as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
  
  

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3 or more years of experience operating CNC machines
• Proficient in programming CNC machines using G/M-code and CAM systems, preferably Mastercam
• Strong knowledge of GD&T
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
