The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Set up, program, and operate the Okuma Multus B250II to machine precision parts, selecting optimal tooling and machining methods
- Interpret engineering drawings to establish efficient machining sequences while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot machine issues, make necessary adjustments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Complete inspections, documentation, and time tracking as required
- Follow all company policies and procedures
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3 or more years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficient in programming CNC machines using G/M-code and CAM systems, preferably Mastercam
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
