Job Summary: Clinical Research Data Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Research Data Manager to oversee the collection, management, and integrity of clinical trial data at our research site. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient database management to support high-quality clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the data collection, validation, and cleaning to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Work closely with study coordinators, investigators, and sponsors to manage data flow and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP), GCP, FDA, and sponsor requirements.
• Generate queries and reports to track study progress and identify data issues.
• Coordinate with CROs, monitors, and regulatory teams to ensure data readiness for audits and inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of clinical trial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences.
• 2 years of experience in clinical research data management.
• Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, REDCap, Oracle Clinical, Veeva Vault, or similar).
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory data requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple studies simultaneously.
