We are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, enhancing brand recognition, and driving growth in the jewelry sector. This position requires a strategic thinker, a creative innovator, and a data-driven leader capable of inspiring and guiding a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand vision, business goals, and market trends.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Brand Development: Enhance and strengthen the company’s brand through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all channels.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing and product development efforts.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, regularly reporting on marketing performance to senior management.

Traditional Marketing:

  • Print Advertising: Oversee print advertising campaigns in leading luxury magazines and publications to enhance brand visibility among high-end audiences.
  • Events and Sponsorships: Plan and execute participation in prestigious industry events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to showcase our brand and products.
  • Public Relations: Manage PR efforts, including media relations and press releases, to secure high-quality coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands and influencers to expand our reach and credibility within the luxury segment.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, with expertise in traditional and digital strategies, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand recognition.
  • Deep understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies within the luxury retail sector.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD annually
