Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand vision, business goals, and market trends.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Brand Development: Enhance and strengthen the company’s brand through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all channels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing and product development efforts.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, regularly reporting on marketing performance to senior management.
Traditional Marketing:
- Print Advertising: Oversee print advertising campaigns in leading luxury magazines and publications to enhance brand visibility among high-end audiences.
- Events and Sponsorships: Plan and execute participation in prestigious industry events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to showcase our brand and products.
- Public Relations: Manage PR efforts, including media relations and press releases, to secure high-quality coverage in top-tier publications.

Compensation:
- Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD annually
