Key Responsibilities:
Lead the intake process by handling referrals, client demographics, and scheduling for skilled and unskilled services. Ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals from hospitals, insurance providers, and other sources.
Manage scheduling challenges and ensure the right match between clients’ needs and caregivers’ skills and personalities. Handle call-outs and rescheduling efficiently.
Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and reauthorizations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, insurance companies, and community partners.
Participate in strategic marketing efforts to promote our services and expand our client base. Your business development skills will be key to growing our reach.
Community Resource Expertise: Stay informed about community resources and assist families in accessing additional support when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with pediatric clients, especially within the Georgia Pediatric Program.
- Proven track record in client intake, referral processing, business development, and marketing within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and strong analytical skills.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint.

- Achieve 98% accuracy in referral processing and data management.
- Ensure timely and precise management of insurance authorizations.
- Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and initiative in all tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time
