Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Relations & Operations Coordinator to join our family-owned jewelry store. This role will focus on three main areas:
- Clienteling – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-ups, outreach, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- E-Commerce Operations – Managing online orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the growth of our online store.
- Front Office Administration – Handling administrative tasks such as inventory organization, CRM updates, and assisting with daily operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
