Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties:

- Greet and serve guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a high level of hospitality and attention to detail.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of drinks and food items.
- Upsell and promote special deals, menus, and events to increase sales and drive revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and special requests.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including catering and events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
