What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at Gabriella's Italian Steakhouse?
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate ordering, intake, inventory, and par systems for all service related items.
- Plan out sections, side-work, and floorplan for each night’s service.
- Hire, train, promote, and schedule all waitstaff.
- Appropriately delegate tasks, responsibilities, and expectations to servers and support staff.
- Oversee and uphold cleaning schedules, and all service and personnel hygiene standards.
- Initiate and maintain necessary service-related vendor relationships.
- Oversee entire staff and floor operations while in service.
- Effectively use point-of-sale, reservation, and inventory tracking systems.
