La solicitud ahora requerirá tres cartas de referencia profesional, todas las cartas deben de tener una fecha en los ultimos 12 meses.Si usted es un empleado actual del distrito, por favor asegúrese de que una de las cartas de referencia provenga de su supervisor actual.Gracias por su comprensión.Job DescriptionCompiles and maintains records of office activities as well as operates telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplies with the Code of Ethics of the Education Profession; upholds and enforces rules, administrative directives, regulations, GISD school board policies, as well as local, state and federal regulations.Processes student attendance on the computer.Maintains accurate attendance records on all students.Enters all student attendance records into a computer database / software on a daily basis.Follows established procedures in the implementation of District attendance policy.Calls parents regarding attendance or to schedule parent conferences when necessary.Demonstrates a professional, courteous and businesslike manner in all contact with students, staff, parents and public.Responds to inquires from students, teachers, and parents regarding attendance rules and absences.Provide services for students, staff, parents and public as required by established procedures.Assists with registering and withdrawing students.Maintains all records and files in accordance with established procedures and does assigned filing duties.Prepares reports, memos, correspondence, etc., required to conduct school business.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
