Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist
- Assist with takeout orders and answer phone inquiries
- Provide menus and inform guests of any feature
- Ensure the front-of-house area remains clean and presentable
- Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide excellent service
- Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
