Sales Performance Reviews
The Provisioning Manager performs monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews, providing suggestions for improvement to the Director of Retail. This position leads and complies with quarterly audits and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Provide departmental leadership to assure all operations, including product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, outreach, marketing, and ordering, are functioning with integrity and efficiency.
- Perform regular sales reviews and suggest improvements to the Director of Retail.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate departmental employees to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Oversee cash management procedures, including transactions, deposits, reporting, and reconciliation.
