💼 The Role
Although this position sits within our marketing team, it’s truly a Sales role at heart. You’ll guide prospects through their journey, turning them into Gaia Members, and collaborate with our global Operations and Member teams across the US and UK.
🎯 What You’ll Own
• 📋 Sales Pipeline Management: Serve as the main point of contact for prospects, guiding them from interest to membership.
• 📊 Feedback Insights: Share learnings from prospect interactions to improve our product offerings.
• 🤝 Clinic Collaboration: Act as a liaison with staff at your assigned clinics to support patient referrals and onboarding.
🔑 Responsibilities
• 📞 Communication: Manage all calls and emails with Prospects and Members.
• 💰 Financial Guidance: Discuss IVF insurance and financing options, showcasing how Gaia fits into their journey.
• 🌐 Partnerships: Work with partner clinics to onboard prospects and foster referrals.
• 🛠 Supportive Onboarding: Help prospects transition to Members, coordinating with clinics and assisting every step of the way.
• 📑 Operational Excellence: Handle payments, authorizations, and outcome reporting throughout treatment.
• 📌 Data Tracking: Effectively track prospects and share valuable insights with clinics.
• 📈 Growth Opportunities: Identify ways to expand the sales pipeline to boost Member growth.

• 🧬 Fertility Expertise: Prior experience in the fertility space is a must.
• 🤗 Empathy-Driven: You understand the stress of IVF and are passionate about supporting Members with care and compassion.
• 💳 Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare insurance/financing landscape, especially in a clinic Finance Coordinator role.
• 🚀 Self-Starter: As the first hire in this role for the US, you’ll need to take initiative and help shape our success.
• 🗣 Strong Communicator: You’ll work closely with patients, clinic staff, and internal teams.
