Compensation:$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing property listings and closing deals efficiently in Ocala, FL, US.
- Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to grasp their preferences and needs in finding suitable homes, then match them with properties that meet their criteria.
- Proactively follow up on leads to ensure a steady growth in the sales pipeline.
- Help in preparing written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a seamless closing process.
- Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business and nurture leads for expanding sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries regarding potential properties and the community.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales within the Real Estate Sales industry in Ocala, FL, US, is highly preferred.
