Position: Leasing Professional (Previous property leasing experience required)
At Gaines Investment Trust, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents while offering comfortable and well-maintained apartment homes. We seek to hire a Scottsdale, AZ-based experienced Leasing Professional to join our Ventana Apartments team.
Your role is to assist guests and residents, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport.

Competitive Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses.
What You Will Do:
- Engage and welcome guests upon entering.
- Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents.
- Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections and lease apartments.
- Follow up with prospects and residents to promptly complete tasks.
- Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs.
- Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
- Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests.
- Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1 years of leasing experience in property management, sales, and customer service, plus the following credentials/skills:
- Currently resides within the Scottsdale, AZ area or a 25-minute commute.
- Passion for assisting others.
- Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to Grow personally and professionally.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
- Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office and Yardi
- Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
